As I ventured away from my hometown and my home state I found a passion for trying new cuisines, cooking new dishes, and drawing my favorite gastronomic experiences.

From the exquisite combination of a fried egg on a burger to the way protein, vegetables and condiments can transform a normal bowl of ramen into a robust culinary experience, this small series literally breaks down some of my favorite comfort foods.
